Back in ‘09 while Ghettosocks was performing at the Opera House in Toronto, he had the privilege of being interviewed by I.E. for AUX.tv’s, Cypher.
Ghettosocks on DJ Premier’s “Live From HQ”!
Today I was pleasantly surprised to get a notification that one of my new joints “Ricochet” (featuring El Da Sensei) appeared on DJ Premier’s X-mas 2009 edition of “Live from HQ”! Ricochet is one of my favorite songs off of the album, “Treat of the Day”. The jam was produced by Bigg Bix with cuts done by DJ Jorun Bombay.
Being a huge fan of Premo, this came as such a shock. Needless to say I feel like it’s a very encouraging sign. Fuck it- I’m geeked.
